Hi All,

After successfully connecting my disklavier to record midi on my pc,  I have found a strange thing happening with the pedal input.

Instead of midi recording one clear 'pedal down'  event it seems to detect around 7 'pedal down'  movements.   I have read somewhere that it's called pedal bounce... Due to tiny fluctuations in the pedal movement (? )

Is there any reason why this would happen?  It creates a lot of confusion and complication when rendering midi files to virtual piano ...

Is there a way to rectify this?

Many thanks...

Hi Carls, The pedal bounce should be done in real time and try the regular bounce instead of the pedal bounce at a place. Problem might be due to the improper usage of the plug-ins and it will work better if we operate the plug-in functions in real time and the system won't work if you operate the pedal bounce in offline.
