I haven’t…. But I see that Louis Spencer-Smith is associated with it as an ‘expert’. Maybe some of the dealers/techs know him . I don’t see a reference to his musical education

FYI: he is also the marketing director of Floating Island International

I did just look him up, on the BBB since 2011 with no complaints, A+ rating for what it's worth . . .

He is not listed on Floating Island website as being part of the management team.

Mr. Spencer-Smith brokers mostly high-end used pianos at this time. I believe he used to be a dealer of new European pianos, previously. I think he has a particular interest in Bösendorfer, as he is from Austria. Have never purchased a piano through that company, personally. We met at the NAMM show this year, and he is definitely a gentleman, very easy to talk to.

Did not find anything negative.
