I knew him from his Couperin performances. I didn't know he also plays other styles

That Clement Doucet Chopinata is really nice. Great job on an upright. That bigger Yamaha sounds a bit agressive/shrill to me at a few places. Or maybe the mic is clipping ...

He's recorded a whole CD of this sort of jazzy stuff, called "Le Boeuf sur le toit".

However, I prefer his more recent CD called "Autograph", which contains wholly classical music, mixing the familiar (Bach/Siloti and Saint-Saëns/Godowsky) with the unfamiliar (like Tailleferre and Strasnoy). The kind of pseudo-jazz in the first CD doesn't wear well on repeated listening, I find.
