Wanted to say hi it looks like a really informative forum. We have a Lowery piano that was my step-mothers. She received it as a graduation gift from high school. When she passefd away my daughter ended up being the only one interested in the piano. Well now she is 19 and moving on so we want to sell the piano and use the money to help her out. The problem is the serial number is only 5 numbers long? 55537 is the number stamped inside the piano. Everything we read says it should be 6 numbers long? We believe it was made in the 60's but who knows. Any help in identifying and figuring out value would be awesome. I have pictures if I can figure out how to post them

Thanks in advance,
Jonah
