So I wanted to perform Warsaw Concerto by Addinsel with another piano or orchestra(maybe I'd have opportunity) but I heard that I might have legal problems with that. Even though the concert would be free. Anyone can tell something about that? I always thought there is no problem with free concerts, now I'm not sure.

The concerto was written in 1941, so it should still be under copyright. Public performance is kinda like the speed limit -- depending on where you are, you probably won't get caught. You could ask ASCAP, BMI, etc, and see if anyone can direct you to the rightsholders.
