That building seems to have fire walls everywhere ... which is good.

Also the classical (not jazz) pianists seem to be loners nowadays (don't need to socialize like the old days, since they can get what they need online) and won't want to live in artists colonies.

Actually, if I were younger AND a professional pianist (which I am not nor aspire to be), I would love living there. Not only just ensemble partners but having discussions with fellow musicians... hearing what they are learning and discussing composers and technique.! I get a small part of that at adult piano camp and love every minute of it.

I know what you are talking about. But that's not happening in schools and among professional pianists (not any more I think).
