Mason & Hamlin Piano Factory Tour 2019!

Mason & Hamlin Rim Press pictured below

I'm working on another tour of the Mason & Hamlin Piano Factory in Haverhill, MA.

This is your chance to see how top quality pianos are built.

The tour will likely be some time in September, still working out the details. It will be on a week day, and
you will need to be able to climb stairs.

If you are seriously interested please reply below, and also send me an email with your name, phone, forums name, state (we like to know where people are from) and how many
people would be in your party. Mason Hamlin Tour

Please make sure Mason & Hamlin Tour is in the subject line.

I will be adding more details to this post soon, so please keep an eye on it if you are interested.

A great tour and well worth the $10 per person. I have been before and I actually went again today with my cousin and her husband.
It lasts approximately two hours and at the end of the tour you are in the finished piano room and are able to play any piano there that you like.
Today they also had a CC (9'4"). As the tour guide said, help yourself...not often you get to play something like that!

I'm an engineer, only an amateur piano player, and I was lucky to go on this tour in April. It fascinated both parts of me. The engineering, craftsmanship, and love that go into M&H pianos blew me away. The tour was, by far, the best and most memorable part of my trip to Boston.

I have been wanting to visit this factory for many years. I have never had the chance to play a piano with a WNG action!

However, I live in Utah. If the tour is toward the end of September and airfare is not too bad, I might be able to make it. I will be rafting the Grand Canyon from September 10-19.
