The Singapore rep for Fazioli recently took in a F278 on consignment. The Fazioli factory installed a PianoDisc Opus7 system, and we need to get it up and running for demos. Unfortunately, the piano’s owner forgot to pass us the iPad that is used to access the Opus7’s product interface. He is away on an extended business trip and not able to help find the iPad in his home. If you happen to know the URL for the product interface I would be very grateful if you could tell me what it is!

According to page 88 of the Opus 7 User manual, the interface is on 192.168.0.7

This Opus7 installation is on the 10.0.1.0 segment. I tried 10.0.1.7 and it went nowhere.

Just read email from PianoDisc support. Tomorrow I will try 10.0.1.7/chooser.html.

You could use something like nmap to scan the network that the system is on and find it.

Problem solved. And I feel like such an idiot. I took another look under the piano and found an iQ control box that I had missed when I first crawled under the piano. Without going into details, the fix was to play from the PianoDisc iQ app on my iPad via AirPlay to the Apple Airport Express, which then sent its analog audio output to the iQ control box.

Shout-out to PianoDisc support engineer James Morrison for being so patient with me.
