I think Garritan CFX is a wonderfully sampled instrument, but the sound of the CFX itself is not exactly what I'm after.
What I wish for is that Garritan would sample a good sized Bõsendorfer, and/or a Blüthner, in a similar way to how they treated the CFX. I would buy either of these in a heartbeat.
While we're at it, does anyone else wish for something that does not yet exist?

A virtual version of me that only exists in the cloud (not a real cloud), so I can get rid of my severely limited biological body, but I digress...

A MIDI controller with AG or NV grand action for less than $4K. I do not care about size or form factor, I just don't want to pay for something I do not need (amplifiers, speakers, haedphone amp, WiFi, BT, etc.). Just a power button and usb midi out.

You may want to check out VSL Bosendorfer : https://www.vsl.co.at/en/Keyboards_Complete/Vienna_ImperialI don't have it - but I have been eyeing it for a while now. While we're at it, does anyone else wish for something that does not yet exist? The margin of this post is too narrow to detail it. Osho

It is undoubtedly a fine instrument. It is, however, also about five times the price of the Garritan CFX Lite (which I've got) - and only because it is currently on sale (or maybe permanently reduced in price), previously it seems to have been about 8 times the price of the CFX Lite. I think Garritan is doing something very right. I wish for VSL to get that same thing very right.

While we're at it, does anyone else wish for something that does not yet exist? Perhaps ask CB (@Cybergene) how he set it up for his 'Cybrid' piano. Well, I think he used the Garritan CFX and to me it sounded really good - and as someone who does not like the sound of Yamaha pianos in general and the CFX in particular that was an eye-opener (well, ear-opener.)

I just want the ability to upgrade my NV10's sound generation/UI components. The action and cabinet (and I suppose speakers, which I don't really care about) - what I suspect constitutes the vast majority of the instrument's material cost - will never be outdated, but the brain already is.

Okay, so yesterday I wished for a sampled Bõsendorfer VI, and out of the blue today one arrives. To the powers in the great beyond, ruling such matters: Thank you for delivering a Bõsendorfer virtual instrument! I truly appreciate the effort. However, and it pains me much having to do so, I have to point out that there has been a misunderstanding, or a break in the communication, because I specifically called for a " Garritan" Bõsendorfer. Not a VSL! Nonetheless, I salute you for your timing.

While we're at it, does anyone else wish for something that does not yet exist? What about a tiny, light-weight portable piano with the quality of a very good digital piano? P515 has all of that except for "light-weight" and amazing speakers.
Finally bought the P515
