I grew up playing on a Decker Brothers upright. When I moved out of the house my parents gave me the piano to take with me. Some unknown number of years later I still have the piano. This fall I turned up and purchased a 7' 3" Decker Brothers grand piano. I took delivery of it about three weeks ago. I would eventually like to refinish it but that won't happen right now. For now I am doing some refurbishing and regulating. I'm looking forward to having this up to par.
This week I found a three-legged stool to go with it. I thought a three-legged stool was appropriate for a grand piano. And here you can see my tools are out for regulating. The four-legged stool in the first picture goes with my upright. I'll get a picture of the upright soon.
