I have a friend who lives in New Hampshire and installed an organ in his house - had to cut a hole in the ceiling into the bedroom above to accommodate the longest pipes! Unfortunately, I don't have any photos.

I know of one about a mile from my house. It is an Estey player pipe organ.

I know of a few in my region. None of those owners are professional organists. They just love the instrument.
