I have for 20 years a Korg EC-310 piano.
What do you know about the mechanic of my piano? The keys have a really loud noise, do you think it is not appropriate for 2021? Sometimes there are something resonating in the piano as well, if I hit a key.

My piano has just velocity sensitive hammer action keyboard, and isn't weighted keyboard action as EC-510.
The poliphony is max. 32 notes.
It uses AI2 Synthesis for sound generation.
But I can use my piano with Midi USB cable.
I like it very much and it would be difficult to sell it and buy a new one.

I read that nowadays the pianos of Korg uses Real weighted hammer action 3 keyboards, but it is not very new was invented around 2010.
Poliphony is max. 120 voices.

Well, digital piano actions weighted similarly to acoustic pianos are an old invention already. Korg's RH3 action might be from 2010 like you say.

There has then also been these lighter weighted actions in parallel, like at the moment Korg has the B2 with a piano like action and a B2N with a lighter action.

As for what is "appropriate" for 2021 it really depends on your personal needs.

If practicing on a light weighted keyboard an acoustic piano will then feel different, so if the goal is to be able to comfortably play on an acoustic piano you should practice on a digital one that feels somewhat similar. (I personally don't know the Korg EC models and can't say anything about them.)

An EC-310 of course will allow you to learn what keys make what sounds and practice playing the right notes in the right order, keeping the rhythm and reading sheet music etc.

Maybe it then isn't enough for learning a more sophisticated control of the dynamics or some very advanced techniques(?)

I'm just guessing here.

Loud noises might be fixable by replacing the felt strips against which the keys and the hammers hit at the end of their movement.

Thank you for your help. I think, the hammer mechanic in the last 25 years has improved a lot.
At my piano teacher I play on a very old Ehrbar grand piano with leighter action.
We make the video recordings on this piano, but just once a week can a I play on it.
My digital piano has I think a heavier action keyboard than a real piano, just the sound of the action is too loud.
I am playing a Beethoven sonata. I could improve in tempo and the dynamic is also good, but a newer model would be even better
The piano is 60 kg so not so heavy at all and not far from us is a service.
